DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) – Dallas police have released surveillance images of a person of interest in the murder of a 51-year-old man last month.
Craig Watson was waiting at a bus stop in the 9500 block of Bruton Road near St. Augustine Road in southeast Dallas when a gunfight broke out in a nearby car wash.
An unidentified suspect ran outside of a nearby business and began shooting at a speeding car, fatally wounding Watson.
Major Jeff Cotner of the Dallas Police Department says there had been an illegal craps game taking place in the car wash — and that’s where the dispute started.
Anyone with information regarding the identity of this person is asked to call Detective Shinn of the Dallas Police Department Homicide Unit at 214-671-3605 or Crime Stoppers at 214-373-8477.
